TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to all Ghostteck publishers services.

 

Copyrights & Ownership:

The client retains full ownership and copyright of all the content the service provider creates. Provider will not have any claim to ownership or rights to the work. However, the full ownership of the work completed will be transferred to the client upon completing the total payment.

Payment Terms:

Client agrees to compensate the Provider according to the agreed-upon terms. All payments have to be made in USD.

Requirements of a Project:

Ghostteck publishers individually discusses all the requirements with our clients before the beginning of the project through the assigned project manager. For any disagreements caused by the services, we make sure to convey them to you based on our agreed terms and conditions at the start of the project.

Revision:

For your satisfaction, we accept revisions throughout the project and within 7 days after the delivery. Regarding the unique cases or faults from our side, our time limit for modifications can also be extended to 14 days.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information shared during this Agreement, including book content, project details, and financial information.

Timeline:

The provider will provide an estimated timeline for completing the project. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

Indemnification:

Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the book’s content or any violation of copyright laws.

 

Terms of Use:

  • The information provided by Ghostteck publishers includes the services the firm provides. However, there is a limit; we do not offer any additional advice, certifications, warranties, or guarantees.
  • Ghostteck publishers is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred due to 3rd Party Services or Platforms.
  • Ghostteck publishers is not liable for any performance failures, delays of operations, omissions, interruptions, communication deficiency, theft, destruction, unauthorized use, or access to information if the client is in contract with another company for the same services.
  • Upon agreement to our terms and conditions, you agree to defend and hold the company and its subsidiaries harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with;
    • Your access to or use of the website and the services provided;
    • Your violation of these Terms of Use;
    • Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any intellectual property directly, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right.
  • The agreement commencement with the website does not establish any partnership, venture, or employment relationship between the company and its clients.

Refund Policy

At Ghostteck publishers, we are committed to providing the highest level of services to our clients and ensuring the success of their book endeavors. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be considered and processed.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will be considered for services that have not been rendered or completed as per the agreed-upon terms in the client’s contract.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to assigned Project Manager within 03 days of the service purchase date.

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following scenarios and services are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been completed or delivered as per the terms of the contract.
  • Any fees associated with third-party services, such as printing costs, advertising expenses, or platform fees.
  • Any expenses incurred by Ghostteck publishers on behalf of the client, including but not limited to paid advertisements, design services, or promotional materials.

 

Refund Evaluation

All refund requests will be thoroughly reviewed by our customer support team.
Refund eligibility will be determined based on the adherence to the terms and conditions of the client’s contract.
We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the specified criteria or have violated the terms of the agreement.

 

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, the client will be notified via email.
Refunds will be processed within 7 – 10 days of approval and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
In cases where the payment was made via bank transfer or check, the refund will be processed using a method agreed upon between Ghostteck publishers and the client.

 

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be offered if only a portion of the services has been rendered.
The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the value of the services completed and any non-refundable expenses incurred by Ghostteck publishers.

Cancellation Policy

If a client decides to cancel the contract before the services are completed, they may be eligible for a refund as per the terms outlined in the contract.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Modification of Refund Policy

Ghostteck publishers reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this refund policy at its discretion.
Changes to the refund policy will be communicated to clients through email or updates on our official website.
By purchasing services from Ghostteck publishers, the client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.
